SHIPPING 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Team NL takes extreme pride in fulfilling and shipping orders for all of our loved customers.

Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days. 

Orders shipped via USPS or UPS  GROUND can take 5-7 days to arrive pending the postal service in your area. 

We value you as a customer and are as elated to see you in our latest pieces. 

Please note - SHOP XELA AND VIC  / XV THE LABEL is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by UPS or additional shipping carriers (e.g. high-volume holidays like Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day or New Years Day).

Furthermore, items purchased with estimated shipping dates/ pre orders, are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Pre-Order Policy.

SHOP XELA AND VIC  / XV THE LABEL does not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.

Any orders placed on these days, or after cut-off on the day before, will be processed the following business day.

Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season.

We will continue to ensure your SHOP XELA AND VIC / XV THE LABEL order arrives to you as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understand.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Customer will be responsible for all fees associated with international shipping. 
 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Items purchased on PRE-ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Please Note - Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will delay the delivery of your entire order.

Please email us at orders@shopnicholelynel.com if you would like to arrange a split of the order: (Item must be valued at $350+ to split and ship separately).

Split request for orders under $350 will be $15.
Please note -  estimated shipment dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.

 

TRACKING MY ORDER 

Standard shipping on domestic items is ranges between 7-10 business days from order date. This includes our 5-7 business days for processing plus an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

Delivery time does not include weekends (Saturdays or Sundays), nor holidays. 

All orders IN STOCK will leave our facility in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume). Once the order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically. 

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

If your tracking number does not work, please visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

 

MISSING ORDER 

If your order is missing, please following the below steps for updates and/or retrieval.

  1. File Claim with USPS or UPS

  2. File police report

  3. Allow 1-2 days for UPS feedback and/or updates.

Please note - SHOP XELA AND VIC / XV THE LABEL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customer(s) will assume all responsibility once a confirmation number is issued.

Please double-check that all information is input properly for shipping purposes. 

Shipping addresses cannot be updated once tracking has been assigned to your order.

Customer assumes responsibility for costs associated with shipping both ways if order items must be sent back. 
 

RETURN TO SENDER
 

If this occurs, when it arrives we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.

We are happy to resend an order back to you for a small coverage fee of $9. 

Orders sent back as "unclaimed" or "unable to forward" or "return to sender" may be subject to a $15 re-shipping fee.

You will receive a PayPal invoice for re-shipping. Once it is paid, we will happily reship the item.

RETURN POLICY

HOW TO RETURN

Thank you for shopping with SHOP XELA AND VIC / XV THE LABEL.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the option to make a return.

Please note - SHOP XELA AND VIC  / XV THE LABEL only offers store credit at this time.

Here all the conditions and different options available so you can return your items.

CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN

Returns must be handled within the established period:

  • The item(s) must be received in its original condition and form with all labels and packaging, including the "Do not remove this tag" tag. Items cannot be worn, altered, or damaged and must be free of any stains, odors or debris.

  • You must make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

Items purchased from SHOP XELA AND VIC  / XV THE LABEL are eligible for store credit within 7 days delivery receipt.

Return items must be post-marked no later than 7 days from date of delivery in order to be eligible for credit.

Please note - Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the order is filed in error or marked defective.

Items that do not meet the aforementioned criteria will be returned to customer at the completion of a reshipment fee. Once this fee is completed, the denied returned item will be shipped back to customer. 

 

ADDITIONAL: 

A small assortment of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE in which case they are NOT returnable for store credit.

Please use the Store Credit Form that was shipped with your order.

 

BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE & ACCESSORIES

Unfortunately, due to the nature of these items, returns and/or exchanges cannot be granted.  
 

RETURNS RECEIVED 

We will notify you via email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse.

Please note - Returns may take 3-10 business days to process upon delivery to our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.

Items sent for return that are NOT eligible for store credit will be shipped back to customer once a reshipment fee has been completed. 
 

DAMAGED ITEMS
